Chris Howell, B.Arch, has 30 years’ experience as M4’s director, practice manager and project architect, during which time his passion for stunning design and bringing enduring joy to his clients has only strengthened. As a registered architect and member of Te Kāhui Whaihanga New Zealand Institute of Architects, Chris continually undergoes professional development ensuring his qualifications are up-to-date and that the firm continues to meet and exceed client expectations.

Main 4 have designed four residential homes for my wife and I, one was a complete make-over of an existing plain fibrolite dwelling. Chris’s design added the wow factor to the building yet he did not dominate the process, allowing Jan and myself to add in our own personal ideas all the way through to completion.
